1. Initial Consultation Fee

● A nominal fee is charged for the first consultation.
● This fee is non-refundable if the client chooses not to proceed with the program.
● If the client enrolls in the program, the consultation fee is fully deductible from the total program cost.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

● If the first consultation is cancelled or rescheduled more than two (2) times, or if the client fails to attend without prior notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
● Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future services by Biopeak, at its sole discretion.

3. Program Commitment

● Our team works diligently to assist clients achieve their personal health goals.
● We expect clients to actively participate and follow the expert guidance provided.
● Biopeak cannot be held responsible for outcomes, if the client does not adhere to the program or becomes unresponsive.

4. Refunds and Program Discontinuation

● We do not offer refunds once the program has commenced.
● If a client voluntarily discontinues the program or becomes inactive for an extended period, no refund will be issued.
● It is clarified that under no circumstances will there be any partial refunds or any credit transfers.
● ALL SERVICES / PRODUCTS PURCHASED ARE FINAL, AND NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE APPLICABLE TO ANY SERVICES/PRODUCTS.

5. Medical Disclaimer

● Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
● Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions and consult their physician before starting.
● Biopeak is not liable for any health complications arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to seek medical advice.

6. Communication and Compliance

● Clients are responsible for maintaining regular communication with the expert team.
● Lack of engagement or failure to follow program recommendations may affect results.
● Biopeak is not liable for unsatisfactory outcomes due to non-compliance.

7. Termination of Services

● Biopeak reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-compliance, abusive behavior, or breach of terms.
● In such cases, no refund will be provided.

8. Force Majeure

● Biopeak shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Exceptions

● ALL SERVICES / PRODUCTS PURCHASED ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR ANY PORTION OF THE FEES / PAYMENT PAID.
● There shall be Zero exceptions to this refund & cancellation policy.
● No medical or technical grounds qualify for refund.
